Packages are only delivered or sent after payment has been verified in the Bancolombia savings account.

Packages come with a CaliDestilados.Shop seal; the seal is for a verified product.

Returns of capsules are not permitted, as they are objects that come into contact with people. Batteries can be replaced depending on the problem (we generally try to resolve these technical or electronic issues).
